- Bump CiteBar to 1.5.0 with release notes covering Developer ID distribution, permission recovery, menu bar startup robustness, and website messaging updates. - Add Developer ID signing for the app bundle, Sparkle components, main executable, and DMG container so public DMGs can pass Apple notarization and Gatekeeper assessment. - Add notarization automation with polling, Apple submission-log capture, stapled-ticket validation, and diagnostics artifacts for local and GitHub Actions releases. - Add a GitHub Actions dry-run path that builds, signs, notarizes, and uploads release artifacts without publishing a GitHub Release. - Update user-facing install documentation and website copy for the 1.5.0+ notarized drag-to-Applications flow while keeping legacy upgrade guidance for older builds.
