fix(cli): render Markdown math with KaTeX 0.19

Summary

• Upgrade KaTeX to 0.19.0 for Markdown math rendering.
• Replace the Marked math adapter dependency, whose peer range rejects KaTeX 0.19, with a small CLI adapter that preserves --math behavior and safety limits.
• Keep the lockfile change scoped to KaTeX and removal of the incompatible adapter.

Validation

• pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
• pnpm run build
• bun test test/markdown.test.ts (6 passed)
• pnpm typecheck
• pnpm test:package
• bun scripts/test-package-browser.ts
• DEVJAR_TEST_BROWSER=webkit bun scripts/test-package-browser.ts
• pnpm test: 78 passed; the three existing update-check tests failed locally as before this change.
