Questionnaire Package failing when no Libraries on resposne.

Hello!! My name is Jhoni and I am implementing/addressing any appointment from inferno test kit in our new FHIR Server API, to make sure we are conformant with the specs.

But I am getting failure on 1.04 item, when there is no Libraries on response of my FHIR Server on $questionnaire-package endpoint, my service does not have libraries because at this point we have only one question, and we provide a answerOption static list for the user to pick. Example:

Also, 1.05 and 1.06 have only informational appointments but the overall status is pointed as error, I think it is because of the same pre-population issue, as follows:

In this case, when the FHIR Server does not require Libraries/pre-population (because it is a static list that the user must select), shouldn't this itens be optional?

Hi Jhoni,

The Inferno check that pre-population extensions are present comes from the IG requirement in the Population section that "Questionnaires SHALL include logic that supports population from the EHR where possible." While it is true that not every form will request data that can be pre-populated a completely conformant system will demonstrate this capability. So to pass the current tests, you will need to use a questionnaire that contains those extensions.

That said, in describing the requirement, it does feel more like a "must support" requirement that we can test across all demonstrated questionnaires rather than each one individually. We are planning an update to this test kit to support the v2.2.0 version of the IG later this spring and we will consider making that change at that time. For now, you can safely ignore those errors if you haven't implemented that portion of the spec yet.
