The _slugify function strips dots, so the heading 'tha-g2p-base-1.0 — Thai G2P distillation (2026-08-19)' produces anchor 'tha-g2p-base-10-thai-g2p-distillation-2026-08-19', not 'tha-g2p-base-1.0'. Also updates the stale repo name from ml-models to interscript-ml.
