Ability to view the logs of a running service

We should have the ability to view the output from a running service. The command should look something like:

workspace service logs mongo with an option for -f

This would run the equivalent of:

docker-compose logs or docker-compose logs -f

@joshminnie I think I have a respectable start to this but I have some questions around Thor that maybe you can answer.

• The command docker-compose logs does not allow you to run that command from outside its service directory since it does not support the --file parameter. I was able to get around this by using the system call on line 76 but I am not sure if that's the best way to go about doing this.
• Right now I have the follow option (-f) on the command and this technically works fine but when you go Ctrl + C to leave the logs being displayed an exception is thrown. Do you know of a way that we can run this without the exception being thrown?
