--watch-namesays it filters onapp.kubernetes.io/managed-by, but the selector matches the flag's value againstapp.kubernetes.io/nameand requiresmanaged-by=vector-operatoron top. The chart'svalues.yamlrepeats the same sentence, so both are corrected.
