Summary

• add a GitHub Actions workflow that builds the existing documentation from docs/
• deploy the generated static site to GitHub Pages after pushes to main
• keep the pull-request job focused on verifying the documentation build
• make no documentation-content changes

Validation

• cd docs && uv run --locked zensical build --clean
• generated site/index.html and site/sitemap.xml successfully
• the build reports five existing unresolved internal-link warnings; strict mode is intentionally not used because this change does not modify documentation content

One-time GitHub Pages setup

A repository administrator must open Settings > Pages and set Build and deployment > Source to GitHub Actions before the first deployment. The workflow uses GitHub's Pages deployment permissions and does not require a repository secret.
