This MR allows a Slip Stream Configuration (a
default_properties.ymlfile) to be applied during installation.The ansible playbook will look for a default_properties.yml file in roles/install_common/files/. If one is found, it will be used to overwrite the default_properties.yml file that comes from the Kasm installer.
