- Fixed 'Feel free a create' -> 'Feel free to create' - Removed leading '/' from 11 relative links that made them absolute and broken when viewed on GitHub

Summary
Fixes two issues in
legacy/README.md:/making them absolute from the repository root, breaking navigation on GitHub. Removed the leading/so links resolve relative to the file's directory.
