[Feature]: InCallService - Add a option to whitelist allowed third-party apps package name

I've enabled record all calls. So what it does it records both Incoming and Outgoing call from Both Phone calls and WhatsApp calls (WhatsApp call recording is not working properly-Thats not my complaint). That makes the storage flood. WhatsApp calls shouldn't be recorded at all. Even if it records. It capture only from oneside. So I don't want to record to auto start for WhatsApp calls.

So the soultion I'd like is like creating a new section for blocklist/whitelist apps. So if a incoming/outgoing happens from blocklisted apps, It shouldn't start call records

This could be added as a extension of the Record third-party apps toggle of InCallService. Ive got more important stuff to do but it is fully doable since InCallService sends us the package name (com.something.something) of the app that made the call. I'm down for adding this at some point, it does make sense. Do you have other third-party apps that works outside of whatsapp?

I will say however, if you are using PhoneState call detection method, we cannot differentiate as Android does not tell us the package name/id when waking us up.

Thank you for the addition of Record third-party apps toggle. It really helps me to save some storage for unnecessary callr ecording.Yes I'm using InCallService. So I can make use of it.

I don't have any other apps for calling beside WhatsApp and primary phone call. So I'm really satisfied to have this option.

But its better if you introduce choosing packages to record the call if anyone wanted to they can make use of it.

@kitsumed I’d personally love to see this added mainly for WhatsApp calls. That’s where I’d find it most useful. Btw, I’ve been loving ShizukuCall Recorder so far. Really appreciate the work you’re putting into it!
