feat:avoid auto loading to prevent stuck while moving by large collection

hi, first thanks for this great tool, i had tried many cli tools for mongodb, this is the most useful to me

there were some default behavior could be improved, so i will split them into different issues this is the first of them

in the above picture, when i view the collection list, we will use up and down to choose collections, the default behavior is
when a collection is choose, it will trigger the program to load that collection to show datas at the right pane
this caused two problem

1, sometime i just when to another collection but just pass by many of the collections, which triggered their loading, and its not what i expect, unless you implement a more vi-like interface to support the g command, otherwise, its better not to trigger auto loading

2, for large collection i pass by it will even cause the whole UI frozen for seconds thus its quite annoying

my suggestion is , change the default behavior , when user move up and down at the collection list, dont trigger loading
if user really want to load, they should press enter key or other configured key
