Automatically approve deletion requests when the logged-in Luogu account owns the target article or paste. Record system as the handler, store 自动通过 as the resolution comment, notify the requester, and keep the approved record visible in admin content management. Includes backend regression tests and aligned specification updates. Tests: backend 17/17 passed; backend and frontend builds passed; ESLint, Prettier, and git diff check passed.
