Markdown Structure Refactor. Deleting garbage files. Grammar Fixes

Summary

This PR performs a comprehensive cleanup of the markdown files that were exported from Notion. The export left behind numerous artifacts, broken links, and formatting issues that have now been resolved.

Impact: 177 files changed, 797 insertions, 7,089 deletions (~6,300 lines of garbage removed)

Changes Made

1. Link Migration (fc6a35f)

• Converted all hardcoded links from /finanzas/2025/03/25/slug.html format to dynamic Jekyll {% post_url 2025-03-25-slug %} syntax
• This ensures links work correctly regardless of baseurl configuration (local vs production)
• Fixed 87+ internal links across all posts
• Fixed 5 broken Notion UUID links (e.g., /Finanzas%20101%20a7afac9cfd494251b3265655b35883a9/...)

2. HTML to Markdown Conversion (31170ea)

• Converted all <aside> HTML tags to markdown blockquotes (>)
• Notion exports callout boxes as <aside> which doesn't render well in Jekyll
• Affected 21 files with proper blockquote formatting

3. Removed Duplicate Notion Export Directory (8a46324)

• Deleted 68 duplicate files from _posts/Finanzas 101 a7afac9cfd494251b3265655b35883a9/
• These were remnants of the original Notion export structure
• Removed associated image files that were duplicates
• 6,352 lines removed in this cleanup alone

4. Content Cleanup (14c94b4, ce4032c)

• Removed orphaned Notion URLs (e.g., https://notion.so/...)
• Replaced placeholder text (x, ., TODO:) with proper content or "Pendiente de documentar"
• Fixed broken image references pointing to non-existent Notion paths
• Fixed "Untitled" image alt text with descriptive names:
  • wise-untitled-1.png → "Wise opciones de envío"
  • international-transfer-block.png → "Bloqueo de transferencia internacional"
  • binance-donate.png → "Código QR Binance para donaciones"

5. Grammar & Typo Fixes (ca655eb, ce4032c)

• Fixed 27 instances of "mas" → "más" (Spanish accent)
• Fixed "Indentificar" → "Identificar"
• Fixed "Inverte" → "Invierte"
• Fixed "gaso" → "gasto"
• Fixed "Index Found" → "Index Funds"

6. Whitespace & Formatting (8a46324, da0bad0)

• Removed trailing whitespace from all files
• Collapsed multiple consecutive blank lines into single blank lines
• Removed empty list items (- ) and empty blockquotes (> )
• Normalized double spaces to single spaces (63 occurrences across 31 files)
• Removed lone periods (.) that were Notion export artifacts for empty sections

Files Affected

• 69 main post files cleaned and standardized
• 68 duplicate files deleted from old Notion directory
• 40+ image files removed (duplicates from Notion export)

Test Plan

• Jekyll builds successfully with no errors
• All {% post_url %} links resolve correctly
• No broken image references
• Site renders correctly on local Docker environment (make serve)
• Verify links work on production after merge
