The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the upstream service no longer works reliably due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point the chart at a working alternative so visitors can still see the project's growth.

The star history chart in the README stopped working, which makes the repository look stale to visitors. This PR replaces it with a working alternative so the chart renders again.
