PR Summary

Low Risk
Lockfile-only bump with no application code changes; risk is mainly regression in git operations, offset by security fixes in the new GitPython release.

Overview
Updates services/apps/git_integration/uv.lock only: pins GitPython from 3.1.44 to 3.1.58 (sdist/wheel hashes and version metadata). The lockfile also drops the Python < 3.11 marker on exceptiongroup’s typing-extensions dependency (resolver metadata tweak, not an app code change).

This is a dependency refresh for the git integration service’s existing gitpython requirement; upstream 3.1.44→3.1.58 includes security hardening around Git options, remote URLs, submodules, and related paths.
