[v1] Enable `/** */` doc comments in hover for AHK v1 files (currently only works in v2)

In AHK v1 mode, only single-line ; comment directly above a function is shown in hover — multi-line /** */ blocks and ; >1 are ignored.

In v2 mode all fine.

Look on hover logic pls. Is there a need for version dependencies..
If u rly want this behavior, will be nice if u make for users v1 one more setting on/off.
