New command-line tool focused on generating environment maps (sphere, parabolic, cube).

sphere-to-cube
cube-to-sphere

Migrating the following texassemble commands for visualizing rather than creating cubemaps:

h-cross
v-cross
v-cross-fnz
h-tee
h-strip
v-strip

This has been on my backlog for a while, but we have an upcoming hackathon so that might give me some time to get back to this one. Of course, there's a lot on my backlog :)
