Summary
Release gate
The installer is merged into Fiber develop but is not included in a release yet. The documented automated flow is explicitly marked as a Testnet preview and pins Fiber v0.9.0-rc7 while loading the installer from develop. Before publishing this as the stable path, replace the preview entrypoint with the released installer URL and version.
