The docker WG was dechartered earlier this year so should be removed from the list.

Could this PR be landed for consistency with the docker-node repo?

Instead, project decisions are made by maintainers in public, in this repository.

This is contradicted by https://github.com/nodejs/TSC/blob/main/WORKING_GROUPS.md#docker which still says:

The Docker Working Group's purpose is to build, maintain, and improve official
Docker images for the Node.js project.

Responsibilities include:

• Keeping the official Docker images updated in line with new Node.js releases.
• Decide and implement image improvements and/or fixes.
• Maintain and improve the images' documentation.
