feat(capture-text): open clipboard manager when clicking the OCR notification

Summary

After omarchy-capture-text OCRs a selection into the clipboard, its notification now carries a click action that opens the clipboard manager (omarchy menu clipboard) — so the captured text is immediately visible and the entry point to the rest of the clipboard history is one click away.

One line: adds the action body + --exec omarchy menu clipboard to the existing omarchy-notification-send call. No behavior change to the copy path itself.

Test plan

• omarchy-capture-text → select region → text lands in clipboard, notification shows the action
• Clicking the notification opens omarchy menu clipboard
