I think at minimum we should have a page under developer documentation on how to work with IAxisOrientationReader etc., which could also list supported formats. Individual format pages could also indicate whether or not axis orientation is currently reported. I'm not sure we want to add a column to https://bio-formats.readthedocs.io/en/latest/supported-formats.html, but can think about it.
