Expand the construction solutions pages from stubs into a linked cluster, following the pattern established by the forestry and government clusters. Hub: construction-and-engineering Spokes: architecture-and-site-supervision, transportation-roads-rail-airports-signage, construction-progress-documentation, facility-and-asset-management, mining-and-quarrying No slugs, aliases, or filenames change.

Expands the construction solutions pages from stubs into a linked hub-and-spoke cluster, following the same pattern as the forestry, government and humanitarian clusters.

Each page gets fuller pain points, proof points, FAQs and cross-links. Proof points and examples are drawn from existing success stories (real-time radiation detection, GINVE, WASAC Rwanda, Westwall fortifications, Terrane Geoscience). Unsupported claims from the old stubs (for example "Used by contractors, EPCs, and engineering teams worldwide") have been removed.
No slugs, aliases or filenames change.
