Helm Chart: tolerations are not applied to all the components

Expected vs actual behavior

When assigning tolerations, these are applied just to a small number of components and are not honoured for these following ones:

• fluent-bit
• kratos-courier
• kratos

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Install the Helm Chart with some tolerations by using the tolerations key
2. Check the components Kubernetes objects, such as DaemonSet, Deployment, or StatefulSet
