Updated search in the scan panel and in Send Payment. The scan panel lives in the tab bar's container and behaves like a sheet; search results are split into sections, and local matches show up without waiting for the backend.

How:

• Focusing the field swaps the camera for a scan button next to it; the tab bar goes under the keyboard and a 70% backdrop dims the screen behind the panel.
• Scan panel: RECENT (top five chats from the chat list) and ALL USERS. Send Payment: RECENT (previous payment recipients), CONTACTS and ALL USERS. Empty sections are hidden, each person is listed once, blocked contacts are left out.
• RemoteSearchSession debounces the lookup by 300 ms and refilters the last response for related queries; the spinner appears only if nothing matches after 800 ms.
• The panel has a drag handle, follows a downward drag and closes on a fling or past a quarter of its height; Back steps out keyboard → search → panel.
• No results reuse the chat search empty state; the scan button in the tab bar is a circle.
• DS: new optional params, defaults unchanged, on PolkadotSearchField, PolkadotNavigationBar and PolkadotIconButton.
