Adds Dobbelt-Pi-hole to the Community Projects list.

I maintain this open-source dashboard for managing two, three or four Pi-hole v6 instances from one interface. It supports managing domains, local DNS records, clients and adlists, updating Gravity and viewing combined statistics.

The project includes documentation in English and Danish, three interface languages and a prebuilt Docker image for installation through a single Compose file.
