🔬 Research

I am a PhD student in the Kocakavuk Lab studying adult diffuse gliomas through histopathology and molecular data. My work connects genotype with phenotype and turns multimodal data into reproducible computational workflows.

  • Build deep-learning models for whole-slide images and cancer subtype prediction
  • Integrate transcriptomic, genomic, and imaging data
  • Align H&E images with Xenium spatial transcriptomics for cell-level analysis
  • Develop feature-extraction pipelines for spatial and molecular profiling
  • Make analyses reproducible with containers and HPC infrastructure
