Reset patch version for 1.14.5+. - #83

The version is derived as 1.<keynote major>.<keynote minor>.<patch>, and bundling Keynote 14.5 in #81 moved __supported_keynote_version__ from 14.4 to 14.5. #79 had separately bumped the patch counter to 2 for what was then a 1.14.4.x release, so master ended up at 1.14.5.2 - implying two earlier 14.5 patch releases that never existed. Every previous Keynote version change reset the counter: 1.12.2.0, 1.13.1.0 and 1.14.4.0 all start at 0. Do the same here, making the next release 1.14.5.0.
