Release v1.4.1

Changes

  • Enforced root boundary checks and path validation allowlists
  • Redacted credential URLs across notification dispatches and error logs
  • Gated Git scanner author email storage behind explicit opt-in and redacted commit metadata
  • Synchronized version manifests and documentation to 1.4.1
  • Passed full test suite (Node 18, 20, 22) and dependency audit
