Reason for request

I cannot log in from a new device. PyPI sends the login confirmation link to
the email address on my account. That address is ovau@mailbox.org or
jeircul@mailbox.org. Both mailboxes no longer exist.

I know my password.
I also have my 2FA recovery codes.
I am the only owner of the project firipy.
The project links to https://github.com/jeircul/firipy, which I control as GitHub user jeircul.
I can add a commit or a file to that repository to prove this.

Please change the primary email address of my account to jeircul@outlook.com.

PyPI support is one paid staffer, plus volunteers, plus whatever part-time hours other PSF staff have to give. Often that's zero. If you'd like to help fund more staffing, the PSF takes donations at https://www.python.org/psf/donations/. Either way, someone will get to your request eventually.

Note on the Recovery Codes checkbox: I still have my recovery codes. I ticked the box only because the form requires it. My problem is the email address, not 2FA.
