Reason for request

I'm trying to recover access to the PyPI account that maintains the reflex-cli project (https://pypi.org/project/reflex-cli/). I can authenticate with the account's password, but the email address on file can no longer be accessed. PyPI is prompting me to verify that email and won't let me add a new one, so I'm stuck.

PyPI support is one paid staffer, plus volunteers, plus whatever part-time hours other PSF staff have to give. Often that's zero. If you'd like to help fund more staffing, the PSF takes donations at https://www.python.org/psf/donations/. Either way, someone will get to your request eventually.

Proof that I control this project:

• I'm an owner of the reflexivesecurity GitHub organization, which hosts the source at github.com/reflexivesecurity/reflex-cli — the repository linked from the package's metadata.
• Every release was published from that repo's GitHub Actions CI/CD, which I administer. Published versions run through v1.3.3 (releases from roughly February 2020 to August 2021), matching the tags in the repository.
• I'm happy to prove control however you prefer — e.g., pushing a uniquely-named commit or tag to the repo, or adding a verification string you provide to the repository README.

Request: Could you please update the account's primary email to maxwell.c.anderson@gmail.com (this address), or tell me the steps to re-enable adding a verified email? I understand I'll also need to enroll 2FA afterward, which I'm ready to do.
