Feature or enhancement
Currently when an individual test fails the test output is printed in the log and which test failed is printed in the summary at the end. While this works and doesn't take too long to navigate it would be faster to have a summary which contains the exact failed test(s) when possible.
Github has a concept called "job summaries" (https://docs.github.com/en/actions/reference/workflows-and-actions/workflow-commands#adding-a-job-summary) which can be used to give a fast overview while leaving the general regrtest output as is.
To me the regrtest output is great when need more context, just want to be able to get "this test failed" more quickly without browsing / searching through the logs.
Has this already been discussed elsewhere?
This is a minor feature, which does not need previous discussion elsewhere
