Since c95bb34, LayerTree and BottomBar read
state.bookmark.visibilityPresetswithout checking for it. The bookmark reducer is only registered when theBookmark,VisibilityPresetsorView3Dplugin is imported, so an app whoseappConfig.jscontains none of them shows a blank page on startup.This PR imports
actions/bookmarkin both plugins.
