🧠 How It Works

1. Pump owner logs in
2. Vehicle is scanned via QR/plate number
3. System checks:
   • Vehicle existence
   • Last fuel time
   • Quota rules
4. If valid → fuel is dispensed
5. Transaction is logged in database
6. Admin can monitor everything in real-time
