feat: update post-login dashboard

Description

This PR redesigns the post-login Dasboard page.
Fixes #2166

Type of Change

• New feature (e.g., new page, component, or functionality)
• UI/UX improvement (design, layout, or styling updates)

Changes Made

• Added a SignupDashboard.tsx in components/dashboard
• Added all-time points fetching
• Added all-time PR fetching
