Resolve the parent
ClassReflectionfrom the already name-resolved class reflection ($classReflection->getParentClass()) inrefactor(), passed down as a method argument, instead of fetching it from the$scopeviaParentClassScopeResolver::resolveParentClassReflection().ParentClassScopeResolverhad no other users and is removed.
