ResGenDirectory is a simple utility to run resgen against a directory recursively and compile any resx files into txt files.
##Usage
ResGenDirectory sourceDirectory [destinationDirectory]
Note - ResGenDirectory will mirror the sub-directory structure of the source directory in the destination directory.
