I design with hexagonal architecture and SOLID: the domain sits at the center and knows nothing about the database, the framework or the caller. That keeps systems easy to test and cheap to change. I write clean code because it is written once and read many times, usually by someone else on the team.
I work on Debian, from the terminal. I'm a strong believer in free and open source software and a big fan of the GNU project.
