Cut the Unreleased section as 0.3.0: the folded-uniform arena slot fix (an ABI change: LOCKSTEP_ARENA_BYTES grows by one element per folded uniform) and pass-through filter-group fusion. Bump the package version, the LSP server version, and the CLI --version fallback, and add the 0.3.0 / Unreleased compare links. 0.2.0 has a silent correctness bug:
uniform T x = fold op(y);gets no arena slot, so the fold result never reaches the host, and LLVM deletes the whole reduction as dead code. The fix is already onmain(#309). It's worth shipping on its own instead of waiting for more features.Changes
