• Record the new exported wirelog_program_get_plan_error symbol in the ABI smoke manifest
• Document the 0.62.0 validated ref as current development, keeping PyreWire at version 1.0.6 and preserving the 0.52.0 runtime floor
• Update arithmetic example expectations for wirelog 0.60.x versus 0.61+ precedence behavior
