Prepare PyreWire 1.1.1 from main after #191. Set the package and runtime versions to 1.1.1, finalize the changelog, and update compatibility, support, and active release-checklist documentation while preserving historical release records and 1.0.x security support.
The release notes cover the already-merged typed Session API, wirelog 0.62.0 pin, and arithmetic precedence change introduced in wirelog 0.61.0. The engine pin and minimum runtime version remain unchanged by this PR. The changelog compares 1.1.1 against 1.0.6.
Validation:
This PR prepares the release. Tagging and publishing are separate steps after merge.
