The existing liveness tip already points developers to sentnodes.com/public-rpc for 30-second health checks. This PR adds a companion reference to OpenChainBench, which provides a complementary angle: p50/p90/p99 latency percentiles over 24 h from three global probe regions (US-East, EU-West, Singapore).

The two tools serve different needs:

  • sentnodes.com → real-time liveness and uptime (30 s refresh)
  • OpenChainBench → measured latency distribution over time (24 h percentiles, ranked by response time)

OpenChainBench is independent and open-source: github.com/ChainBench/OpenChainBench. It currently monitors Polkachu, PublicNode, and Cosmos Directory for Sentinel.

Friendly bump. Happy to adjust the wording, section, or the linked page if that helps this land. Thanks for your work on this project!
