The WritingSystem additions in the regression data files here are mostly noise: RegressionDataUpToDate currently adds a generated entry per stale entry, so one new field produced four new snapshots plus eight legacy records. #2727 changes that to one generated entry per type. Merging develop after it lands and re-running the Verified tests should shrink this diff to two generated entries.

I self-reviewed and merged my PR (#2727) that reduces the regression JSON generated for snapshots and changes. Then I merged develop into this PR, reset the verified regression files and re-ran the tests that regenerate them, so the verified JSON added here is now smaller.
