Using the App (No coding required)

Download the latest release for your platform:

📖 Usage

GUI Mode (Easiest)

uv run python src/gui.py

1. Select your video file
2. Choose output folder
3. For 60+ second videos, pick your strategy:
   • Speed Adjustment (recommended) - Speeds up the video
   • Segment Selection - Extract a specific part
4. Click "Convert to Shorts"

CLI Mode (Power Users)

# Interactive mode with file browser
uv run python src/cli.py

# Direct conversion with auto-speed
uv run python src/cli.py --file video.mp4 --auto

# Custom speed (1.5x)
uv run python src/cli.py --file video.mp4 --speed 1.5

# Extract 45 seconds starting at 30s
