Covers #141, the only CLI/SDK change merged since cli@0.4.55 (#140): creek deploy uploads server files in parallel, with per-request timeouts, retries and progress. It fixes vinext production deploys that hung or failed at Uploading bundle... and left deployments queued.

The CLI pins the SDK exactly

pnpm pack in packages/cli rewrites "@solcreek/sdk": "workspace:*" to "@solcreek/sdk": "0.4.26". The CLI passes the abort signal that uploadServerFile only takes from 0.4.26 on, so cli@0.4.56 cannot install until sdk@0.4.26 is on npm.

Publish order

On the merge commit, push one tag at a time, and wait for each package to appear on npm before pushing the next:

1. sdk@0.4.26 → wait for npm view @solcreek/sdk@0.4.26 version
2. cli@0.4.56 → wait for npm view @solcreek/cli@0.4.56 version
3. creek@0.4.56
