• Telnyx Messaging: POST https://api.telnyx.com/v2/messages, declared from Telnyx's OpenAPI document (the one its llms.txt names).
• Two account operations (north star §5.6):
  • registration: POST /v2/bot_signup, Telnyx's documented agent sign-up (telnyx.com/agent-signup.md).
  • top_up: POST /v2/machine-payments/account-credit. The spec declares a 402 with a WWW-Authenticate challenge, so the agent funds its own balance.
• The spec writes the sign-up path as /v2/bot_signup under the server https://api.telnyx.com/v2, so it does not cover the documented URL. The reading records that as it is.
• A person signs up at telnyx.com/sign-up and tops up in Mission Control (the billing article).
