Description
Bumps sw-utils from v0.14.1 to v0.14.4.
FilebaseUploadClientuploads oracle data through the Filebase IPFS RPC API. The operator exposes it via the newIPFS_FILEBASE_API_TOKENsetting and adds it to the upload clients alongside the local node and Pinata options.IpfsMultiUploadClientno longer requires an upload quorum: the first successfully verified CID is returned, so a single working provider is enough.filenamein the multipart form, which fixes a malformedContent-Typeheader.
