This adds the stripe directory to the link agent wallet skill. This will help agents find out more info about a merchant if they are on the stripe directory and make their actions more informed (Can find info MPP link or MCP server).

See this video for an explanation:

Couple thoughts

  • The directions in parsing MPP capability, etc. I feel may be better fit for a fast/determinstic command like link-cli inspect <url>. I tried my hand at this a while back: #211. Thoughts?
  • Have you considered multiple skills side by side? By comparison, the ucp-cli when installed installs multiple separate skills for different functionality. Food for thought, as it does feel like this is straying a bit from the "create payment credential", may add confusion to automated descriptions that come in places like skills.sh.

This could could work but we would need to find a listing in the stripe directory to find

  • MCP server url
  • LLMs text file
... Other things we add in the directory down the line

How do we see this working if there isn't a URL? What if the User just enters the name of the business or something like that?

Happy to update "Step 0" of this skill when something like this lands.

Can we force that they install both of the skills? If so then I would not have an issue with that but if we can't I would still want to push merging this PR.

Without knowing about the stripe directory to look up things like MPP / MCP support and LLMs.txt it leads to a worse user experience for users who only have this skill.
