Correction
The previous public-site refresh moved the current product story, but not the visual language the private GroundControl landing page already had. It also relabeled older dashboard screenshots as current.
This PR fixes that directly.
Visual language carried over
Ports the private-page composition and motion model into the public site:
This uses lightweight CSS + native scroll/intersection behavior, so the public site keeps its static/simple deployment model without adding a browser animation dependency.

Visible product proof is now taken from the September 2026 agent-native rollout:
