Document pip manager usage to fix python dependencies

How i fixed it step by step:
C:\Users\kay.korrodi\AppData\Roaming\Python\Pthon312\site-packages
Remove every folder linked to pydantic

1. install the plugin QGIS Pip Manager <- Amazing tool that it is in the profile of the user working, that is why it worked!
2. Restart QGIS
3. Open QGIS Pip Manager
4. use package search pip uninstall

5. use Install search pip Version: latest Install

6. use package search pydantic uninstall
7. use Install search pydantic Version: latest Install
8. use package search psycopg uninstall
9. use Install search psycopg Version: latest Install
10. use package search networkx uninstall.
11. use Install search networkx Version: latest Install
12. use package search sqlalchemy uninstall -> was missed om my pc
13. use Install search sqlalchemy Version: latest Install
14. use Install search geoalchemy2 Version: latest Install -> was missed om my pc
15. use Install search geoalchemy2 Version: latest InstallRestart QGIS it will need a long time to start upInstall TMNT and it should work now.

After the Installation the site_packages folder should look like this:

This is made with QGIS 3.44.7

@ponceta please update the manual it is not corret there too!
