Prevent database updates when a QGIS editing session is active

The datamodel upgrade action (or any action that modifies the database) should be disabled or blocked whenever a QGIS editing session is active. Users should be prompted to save or discard their edits and exit edit mode before proceeding with the database update.

I would start with having a warning in TMMT when selecting the pg service, if the database is used by other users.

It will make the database duplication fail when you want to run some cold upgrade tests too.

Or simply add a warning icon with a tooltip message when hovering.
